SEI DU BROW SOAP

How to use:
- Spray the spoolie first with water, facial mist or setting spray (for best results). Not on the soap directly.
- Dip your spoolie into the brow soap to lightly coat the bristles with the product. Brush through your brows, flicking upwards to create your desired look.
- Allow the soap to dry before applying any additional make-up products.
